Heyo! So Amazon doesn't print at the dimensions of the book for expanded international printing. I also tried setting something up with Lulu but I had the same issue. I have hardcover copies I can do mail order for you if you'd like! Just send me a message
this is amazing! not just tables, but lots of procedures too. well layed out, cool art choices, really nicely done! glad to have purchased and will be printing home booklet soon

Edit: Also, the title is misspelt - It’s Revival, not Revivial! Just thought that may help in case people were searching and couldn’t find this book.
